The Crefeld Glass Studio offers a number of options that range from 1-day workshops, 6-week classes that meet once per week, and both individual and group private lesson, to 20+ week long intensive classes. Classes are offered in the modalities of glassblowing, flameworking, and stained glass, with occasional casting workshops. As we are part of a secondary school during weekdays, we follow a two semester school year calendar, and are closed during the summer. Public classes are offered during weeknight evenings and weekends.
***At this time, the Studio has had to shut down the hot shop for the rest of the school year, due to an electrical fire in the building that houses the Studio. All Glassblowing classes and lessons have been cancelled. Flameworking and Stained Glass classes will resume after April 8, and will continue to operate through the end of the semester in June.
